Here are just a few things that make the MTM special ops watch so unique, it has a luminescence feature that allows you to read the time in complete darkness. The light lasts just five seconds which is enough for you to check the time. This MTM Blackhawk watch is also rechargeable. It charges by it being putt onto a pedestal like object, or anywhere where it is possible for the back of the case to rest on the charger and the bracelet part of it hangs below. The battery will only take about eight hours to fully charge but it is better to leave on charge throughout the night. That way the battery should last you at least a month and that is if you use the luminescence light once a day. It also has a rotating bezel that is used if you wish to time something. It really comes in handy! When the battery is low the watch will tell you that by the second hand jumping ahead by two seconds. That does not mean that the time will eventually become wrong, it will not affect the time at all.

The special ops watch is also water resistant up to three hundred and thirty feet. The water will not be able to get inside the watch as the crown screws keep it locked tightly.

Although the watch is a rugged piece it is still good looking and would look great on anyone’s arm. This timepiece used to only be available to people in the military and any agency that had to do with law enforcement. It is not a light weight watch, it is in actual fact quite a heavy piece. This is because the MTM special ops watch is made purely from stainless steel. Although it is slightly heavy it is still very comfortable.

Another thing about the MTM watch is that, unlike some other watches it is easy to see the time. There is no need to strain your eyes and bring your arm right up to your face, as the dial is black and the hands are easily seen. The hour markers are also big and easy to see. The only negative thing about the MTM special force watch is that the numbers twelve, four and eight are not visible due to the watch’s lighting system. Surely that will not be a problem, as long as you know how to count! It also comes with its own hex key so if it does not fit you properly you can adjust it until it does. There is no need to take it to a jeweler and pay extra.
